Grants will spur economic development and job growth along transit corridors

The Council awarded the first Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) grants to promote development along transit corridors, approving nearly $15.4 million to 17 projects.  The projects will create additional jobs and more housing, and leverage additional public and private investment.
