Key University of Minnesota intersection reopens in time for freshman move-in day
The Harvard Street intersection at Washington Avenue (bottom right of photo) reopened in time for freshmen move-in day at the University of Minnesota. Work on the transit-pedestrian mall on Washington between Pleasant and Walnut streets will continue through 2012.
