University Avenue traffic moves south, as LRT construction begins on the north side
Eastbound and westbound traffic switched July 20 to the south side of University Avenue between Emerald Street and Hampden Avenue after crews completed four months of roadway, sidewalk, curb and gutter replacement and utility relocation for the Central Corridor LRT Project.
