The Supplemental EA was completed in response to U.S. District Judge Donovan Frank’s January 27, 2011 ruling in the NAACP’s lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Transportation requiring additional environmental review of potential loss of revenue by local businesses during CCLRT construction.

The Metropolitan Council and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) have prepared the Supplemental EA for public comment and review. At the end of the 30-day comment period, the Metropolitan Council and the FTA will respond to public comments as part of the final Supplemental EA document.
