Finding of No Significant Impacts for Business Impacts Supplemental Environmental Assessment

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA), as the lead federal agency for the Central Corridor Light Rail Transit (CCLRT) project, issued a Finding of No Significant Impacts (FONSI) with mitigation for the Construction-related Potential Impacts on Business Revenues Supplemental Environmental Assessment (SEA). The mitigation included in the FONSI concludes the required National Environmental Policy Act review analyzing potential impacts on business revenues resulting from CCLRT construction.  The FONSI also includes responses to all public and agency comments received on the Draft SEA during the 30-day comment period.

Along with publication of the FONSI, the FTA has also published the Construction-related Potential Impacts on Business Revenues SEA.
