ADA Paratransit Service Providers
The following are known issues with My Metro Mobility web reservation system:
- In steps 1 & 2, do not choose “Landmarks” from the address options. This function does not currently work.
- If you select “Arrival” in step 3, customers will receive a message in red when they get to step 6 stating "That time, _____ isn't valid for this trip, please select a new Appointment time:” IGNORE this message and confirm ride at bottom of page in step 6 to continue with trip booking process.
- The scheduled pick-up time window after the trip has been confirmed should be stated as a 30 minute duration. It is currently stated as a 20 minute duration.
