2030 Transportation Policy Plan

The Council adopted this 2030 Transportation Policy Plan on December 15, 2004.

NOTE: An update to this plan is currently being reviewed for adoption. See more about the 2008 update of the TPP.

The Aviation Policy Plan, adopted in 1996, remains in effect with the exception of the Land Use Compatibility Guidelines. Copies of the plan may be obtained by contacting the Metropolitan Council's Data Center at 651-602-1140.
