2008 -2011 Transportation Improvement Program for the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area

The 2008-2011 Transportation Improvement Program was prepared and adopted by the Council's Transportation Advisory Board. The Metropolitan Council concurred with this TIP on September 12, 2007. It was sent to MnDOT for inclusion in the 2008-2011 State Transportation Improvement Program, which has been submitted to the Federal Highway Administration for approval.
