All the applications that passed the qualifying criteria have been scored by the respective project scoring groups. The chairs of those scoring groups reported their scores to the Technical Advisory Committee’s Funding and Programming Committee on October 18th. The committee voted to approve the scores and officially make them public information. Applicants were given an opportunity to appeal their scores prior to October 31. All appeals were reviewed by Metropolitan Council staff and appropriate scoring committees. A few of these appeals did result in a recommendation to change the prioritizing criteria score. These recommendations were accepted by the TAC Funding & Programming Committee at its meeting on November 15. To review the final scores in the Surface Transportation Program Urban Guarantee category, see STP-UG. To view the final scores in the Congestion Mitigation Air Quality Program category, see CMAQ. To view the final scores in the Transportation Enhancements Program category, see TEP (Updated List, 10/18 version had incorrect total scores).
