The 2009 Twin Cities Transit System Performance Evaluation is the Metropolitan Council's review of the performance of the regional transit system. It includes a description of the various transit providers in the region, performance statistics on both a regional and system level, a comparison to peer regions, a summary of capital investments, and a summary of transit's impacts on highways.
