6/2/08	Liquid Waste Hauler Permittees	During the 2008 construction season, MCES will maintain an internet page that contains the Status of MCES Liquid Waste Receiving Facilities.
5/19/08	Special Discharge Permittees	New applications have been developed for special discharges (i.e., groundwater, surface water, landfill leachate/condensate, and hauled industrial waste). These applications are for new/unpermitted discharge requests. The forms are available on the IW Forms page.
5/19/08	Liquid Waste Hauler Permittees	Discharge reports for the Jan - Jun 2008 reporting period must be received at MCES offices on or before 7/15/08 to avoid a Notice of Violation. If you have any questions on reporting requirements, please contact the IW Engineer assigned to your permit.
5/19/08	Standard Permittees and Special Permittees	Discharge reports for the Jan - Jun 2008 and Apr - Jun 2008 reporting periods must be received at MCES offices on or before 7/30/08 to avoid a Notice of Violation and Late Fee. If you have any questions on reporting requirements, please contact the IW Engineer assigned to your permit.
