Foundation Drain Grants

In October 2007, Foundation Drain Grant Offer information was mailed out to the communities participating in the I/I Surcharge Program.

MCES is offering a limited number of grants up to $1,000 per foundation drain that is disconnected from the sanitary sewer system. If you are interested in applying for these grants, please note that the City Council resolution must be completed and sent to us before January 31, 2008 (for January disconnections).

2008 Procedure Manual for I/I Surcharge

Please use this 2008 I/I Procedure Manual for all work activity planned for the 2008 calendar year and the potential I/I surcharge for 2008. If you need the 2007 Manual, please refer to our Documents/References page.
