April 2009--The National Association of Clean Water Agencies announced it will bestow a 2009 Operations Award for Environmental Achievement on Metropolitan Council Environmental Services (MCES) for the Inflow and Infiltration Reduction Program. - Cities Make Headway in Addressing Inflow and Infiltration
December 2008--The approaches to stopping inflow and infiltration (I/I) of clear water into sanitary sewers are as varied as the communities that are tackling the problem. But the efforts are adding up.
