• Published annually, the procedure manual provides guidance for administration of the program. Please use the manual for the year during which work activity will occur. Appendices are found within the manuals but, for convenience, can be downloaded separately (above) as well.

• Communities may apply for this grant to financially assist property owners disconnect drain tiles. Additional information may be found on the What's New page.

Water Resources Management Policy Plan

• Part of the Council-wide 2030 Regional Development Framework. This framework guides the Council in planning for the anticipated growth in the next 20 years.
