Financial Plans (Budgets)

The MCES Operating Budget and Capital Budget/CIP provide both project and operating unit descriptions, and revenue and expense detail supplemental to the Metropolitan Council's Unified Budget. The supplemental information is intended to match the Unified Budget; in the event of discrepancy, the Unified Budget is what has been adopted by the Council and is controlling.
