Financial Plans (Budgets)

The Summary Budget and Capital Budget/CIP provide both project and operating unit descriptions, and revenue and expense detail supplemental to the Metropolitan Council's Unified Budget. These more detailed documents are intended to match the Unified Budget; in the event of discrepancy, the Unified Budget is controlling.
