Description:

This project provides for the rehabilitation of approximately 17,500 feet of Interceptor 3-BV-35. Rehabilitation is required due to hydrogen sulfide corrosion, exposed reinforcement, inflow/infiltration, offset joints, separated joints, extensive root damage and cracks.

Purpose and Justification:

Inspection has revealed that the interceptor is in need of repair due to extensive root damage, cracks, corrosion damage and excessive inflow/infiltration. The inspection reports indicate moderate risk of failure, but severe impact if it fails.
